One week later and we’ve seen some very interesting movement here in the state of Hawaii and Honolulu mortgage rates.
During the middle of last week Hawaii mortgages were available at all-time lows that included conforming 15 year rates going as low as 3.875%! While that pricing did not last too long due to market conditions, it was an exciting number to see.
